Make This - Sparkling Stars Pendant

Materials and Equipment:

  • 2" circle pendant base (this one is black acrylic)
  • an assortment of silver star confetti
  • no-hole glass beads, these are Martha Stewart brand in "blue topaz"
  • clear glue
  • clear glaze finish
  • several toothpicks

Start out by planning your design - arrange the confetti until you like how it looks.  I always take a picture or make a quick sketch at this point.

Glue a piece of confetti that will be near the edge down.  Leave it to set up a bit.

Add more clear glue, use a toothpick to place the no-hole beads around it.

Continue adding confetti and beads until all of the confetti is placed.

Fill in with no-hole beads and then scatter a few over the rest of the pendant.

Allow this all to dry completely.

Give the pendant a clear glaze coat to help keep all of the no-hole beads in place.

Allow it to dry completely, then hang it from a chain and wear it.
