Handmade Shoulder Handbags looks atrractive. And they have big demand in the fashion world. Girls make-up water and the like is best not to directly on the bag it’s very true that’s why girls need large handbag and Shoulder Bags are more comfortable for carry accessories and all.
I really love this tutorial and I am definitely drawn to make that bag. It would help me a lot if you can tell the measurements of the bag and the amounts of leather and fabric you have used. I would really appreciate that.
Congrats to such a great tutorial and bag!
Hi Elisa, At the top of the page there is a link to download a pdf of the pattern so you can see exactly the size/shape of the pieces and the cutting layout I used. Here is the link again: http://howdidyoumakethis.com/storage/2012/leatherprojects/leatherbag/leatherbagpattern.pdf
The finished bag size is 14″x10″x3.25″ (35cm x 25cm x 8cm). I think I purchased 2ft x 3ft (60cm x 90cm) pieces of each color of leather. I did have to piece together a strap that was long enough but it has worked just fine. 1/2 yard/meter of fabric should get the job done.
